What is the hoopla book club?

Each quarter, we will release a new Spotlight Selection title, along with materials including a discussion guide and exclusive author interview to help you get the most out of your book club. We will also curate an additional eight recommended titles to meet the diverse interests of any group. How do I get hoopla reporting?

If you currently offer hoopla to your patrons, you can see reporting via request. For help with any reporting or questions about your users, please reach out to your hoopla coordinator.
 

How can I change my library's hoopla settings?

To view or change your library's hoopla settings, just reach out to your hoopla Coordinator.

Can patrons place title requests on instant titles?

Yes, they can if you have permitted title requests from patrons. If your library doesn't allow title requests and you'd like to change your settings, just contact your hoopla Coordinator.

To see patron requests, just reach out to your hoopla Coordinator and they can email you the information. 

 

Can I create a special collection for a holiday or event?

You can work with your hoopla Coordinator to create special collections that you'd like your patrons to see when they sign in to the app. If you have a special collection you want created, just reach out with that information and a list of titles. 
 

Where can I find my hoopla invoices and statements?

You will be emailed your monthly hoopla invoices/statements. If you have any questions you can reach out to your hoopla Coordinator.
