Account Migration
How to access your new portal with just a few simple steps.
NOTE: Before you can gain access to your new hoopla dashboard, you must reset your password. You should have received an email on October 19th, to the email account you use to login, asking you to reset your password. If you did not receive the email, please contact your hoopla coordinator.
As you continue the transition to your new hoopla dashboard, please be aware that current portal accounts will be deactivated on Friday, November 20th. If you are unable to transition your account before this time, please contact your hoopla coordinator for further support.
For US customers visit MidwestTape.com and locate the Log In / Register button. For CA customers, you'll visit CVSMidwestTape.ca.
STEP TWO
Enter the username and password associated with your hoopla portal account and click Log In.
NOTE: You must reset your password before you can gain access to the new dashboard. You should have received an email on October 19th asking you to reset your password to the email account you use to login.
STEP THREE
Locate the “hoopla” section of the Midwest Tape/CVS Midwest Tape website in the website navigation menu.
STEP FOUR
Your new dashboard is available 24-7 at the Midwest Tape/CVS Midwest Tape website.
You must reset your password to begin migrating your account to the new dashboard
If you are already familiar with our hoopla librarian portal at our old site, we have already begun the process of migrating your account for you. On October 19th, you should have received an email asking you to reset your password to the email account you use to login. Follow the steps within the email and your account will be fully migrated to the MidwestTape.com or CVSMidwestTape.ca website.
